Strapping machines Troubleshooting

Strap is not entering.

1.Please push feed switch(on front control panel,Green one) to confirm strap feed system can  be work. If it doesn’t work,  I)Please check if the connector on PC board loose or not (transport maybe make connector loose)    II)please Check if the fuses on the PC board is in good condition or not.  III)Please change PC board.

2.The potentiometer is in the "0" position. Please adjust knob. Each scale on the knob represents 1 metre of strap.

3.Please confirm the strap has been installed correctly.

4.Debris accumulate in feed/roller area(bearing house,upper unit and lower unit).Please disassemble the bearing house,upper unit and lower unit and remove debris

  5. The strap thickness exceed machine initial setting. Initial setting is thickness :0.6-1.0mm.Please adjust gap to 0.05mm to 0.1 mm thicker than the thickness of strap.
